I’m a certified health and wellness coach and certified 200-HR experienced registered yoga teacher!

I’m on a mission to help empower other people (like yourself!) to step into their own passion, break out of limiting habits and beliefs, and create the best version of themselves!

I have been working in the professional and corporate world for many years, and have come to learn that for any change to be lasting and effective, our motivation has to come from within.  Health Coaching, Yoga, and Meditation are great tools to strengthen this motivation.
