Employees meet virtually on a weekly basis to build their mindfulness toolbox  with tools like meditation, body scans, breathing exercises and mindful mindsets.  These sessions take place on Zoom and allow employees to attend wherever they are or listen to the recorded session afterwards.

Links are sent out each week, and can be accessed as many times as needed.
