I have worked with different populations and my pillars of coaching are to: empower my clients, be an active listener and also provide compassionate accountability with science based resources.
Areas I work with clients on are: Habit Change, Mindfulness, Work-Life Balance, Exercise and Movement, Self Care and Development, Spirituality, Sleep, Women’s Health and Chronic Illness.

Your wellness vision A strong vision you hold for yourself and your dreams of where you would like to be, and what that would look like as if you are describing every detail of your life in this vision. Studies show that envisioning your goals can help improve the outcomes of accomplishing them.
Breaking beyond barriers Identifying what is keeping you from your goals, this may include journaling, note keeping and calling upon past experiences.
Calling upon strengths and values There is an important level of understanding of ourselves that needs to happen in order to grow! You will discover your character strengths as well as what you value or find important in your life. Both are major contributors to motivation.
